This project located in Industry City Brooklyn encompasses the re-positioning of a once manufacturing facility into a multifaceted work-space which includes a high profile front of house / public spaces as well as light jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility. This space of approximately 20,000 square feet is still in construction and is scheduled to be complete in 6-8 weeks from the time of this proposal submission. GSAPC was responsible for the entire project and all consultants which include all construction & IT activities as well as onsite coordination of various other project sub-consultants.
